WBE 4430 and 4230

The ideal machine for medium to high volume shops with features like a six second cycle time, data arms to automatically measure diameter, distance and width (3D) and the Easyfix arm, these balancers offer the fastest floor-to-floor time in our line up.

The Split Weight Program separates weights to hide them behind spokes improving aesthetics of the rim and customer satisfaction.A wheel positioning pedal and automatic lock ensures accurate weight placement.
The WBE 4430 incorporates an inner wheel light ring and laser for lighting the interior of the rim and directing the operator to the exact weight placement location at the TDC or BDC positions.
An automatic lock momentarily stops the wheel at the desired location for weight placement.

The user programmable hot keys are one of the many features of the WBE 4430.	The WBE 4230’s multi colored enhanced LCD display is bright and easy to read.

WBE 4510 Wheel Balancer
The WBE 4510 sets new standards in operation, speed and comfort.

Laser sensor provides fully-automated measurements for tire width, run-out and tire symmetry. Balance force, combined with laser run-out measurement, match mounts tire and wheels to solve balance and eccentricity-based vibration problems.

The laser run-out eccentricity measurement calculates the best possible match mount locations based on all four harmonics, not just the first harmonic. This results in more effective predictions of the match mount results, reducing unexpected poor results and loss in technician labor time.

The weight optimization mode measures individual rim and tire imbalance allowing technician to match tire/rims for reduced weight use.

Standard, pneumatic, integrated wheel lift effortlessly lifts and centers the wheel on the balancer shaft for more accurate mounting.
